Coach Ashok Kadam and Subramanian Doraiswamy founded Achievers Cricket Academy with a single centre in Chheda Nagar, Chembur, driven by a shared vision of creating a strong, reliable, and accessible grassroots cricketing platform for young athletes. What began as a modest setup with limited resources has, over the past decade, evolved into a well-recognised and respected name in Mumbai’s cricketing ecosystem.
Through consistent effort, dedication, and a clear long-term vision, the academy has steadily expanded to four fully operational centres, each equipped to support the growing number of students. Today, Achievers Cricket Academy trains more than 520 aspiring cricketers, reflecting the trust parents place in us and the impact we have made in developing young talent.
Our biggest strength lies in our committed coaching team of around 30 professionals, whose collective experience and passion form the backbone of our programs. All head coaches are certified and bring years of coaching and playing experience, ensuring that the technical foundation of every player is strong and progressive. Assistant coaches undergo comprehensive internal training where they learn to deliver sessions with precision, discipline, and alignment to the academy’s philosophy.
Our Coaching Curriculum is structured year-round, with clear plans for skill development, match awareness, strength training, mental conditioning, and player welfare. This holistic approach ensures every player receives consistent, high-quality development, personalised feedback, and the right guidance to grow at each stage of their cricketing journey. Every year, 60–70 players from Achievers Cricket Academy are selected for the prestigious MCA Summer camps, which are stepping stones for serious young cricketers aiming to break intocompetitive circuits.
Securing spots in these camps is highly competitive, and the consistent representation of our players highlights the depth and effectiveness of our coaching system. Many academy players go on to represent their centres, districts, schools, clubs, and various private tournaments, often delivering match-winning performances. Their achievements stand as a proud reminder of the values we instill—discipline, resilience, hard work, and respect for the game. The continued success of our players reaffirms our commitment to excellence and strengthens our resolve to keep raising the standards of grassroots cricket coaching.
